We specialise in stone-baked sourdough pizza that can be enjoyed with a drink when you eat in at the Cricket Club, or at home if you decide to collect or use our delivery service. With over 20 years of experience, we are proud to offer our unique blend of Neapolitan and New York-style pizza that is sure to delight your taste buds. Our sourdough crust is made with a carefully crafted blend of 00 Italian flour, water and our own natural sourdough starter, its then fermented for 24hrs giving it a distinct flavour and texture that is impossible to replicate with commercial yeast. We take great care in every step of the pizza-making process, from hand-stretching the dough to topping it with the perfect combination of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Our 500 degrees stone ovens ensures that every pizza is cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and melted cheese that will have you coming back for more.
